Which networks can I send to?+
Safaricom, Airtel, Telkom and Equitel. One campaign can go to numbers on all four.
How much does bulk SMS cost?+
SMS is prepaid. Packs start at KES 100 for 100 SMS, and bigger packs add free bonus credits that bring the cost per message down. See the pricing page for every pack.
Can messages show my organisation's name?+
Yes. Apply for a sender ID from your dashboard and your messages will arrive under that name instead of a number. Registration is KES 6,500 per network.
How do I know a message was delivered?+
Every message carries its own status, such as queued, sent, delivered or undelivered, which you can see in the outbox and campaign reports.
