Our story
From bulk SMS to every conversation
TalkNTalk is a brand of Techspace Softwares Limited, a software company based in Nairobi. We started by helping small and growing businesses send bulk SMS without the complexity and cost that usually came with it.
As our customers grew, so did what they needed: their own sender names, an API for their systems, and a way to reach people on WhatsApp, where so many conversations now happen. We rebuilt our platform to put all of it in one account, with one contact list and one team.
Today more than 2,000 organisations, from SACCOs and schools to hospitals, lenders and NGOs, send through TalkNTalk every day.
